Zé Manel, como é mais conhecido, é provavelmente quem ensinou mais pessoas a tocar música em Peniche. Para celebrar a música, a história e o seu trabalho juntam-se Cristina Luz - cantora, João Viola - viola e Nelson Valério - guitarra portuguesa.
