Este é um bilhete muito especial. A pessoa que oferece está a possibilitar a alguém com menor capacidade financeira a participar no evento. Tanto a pessoa que oferece a bolsa como a que recebe vão-se conhecer no dia do evento e ambos vão ter direito a ofertas especiais.

This is a very special ticket. The person who offers is enabling someone with lower financial capacity to attend the event. Both the person who offers the scholarship and the one who receives it will meet on the day of the event and both will get some special offers.
